Oh man! I feel for every woman going through menopause. I am normally always cold. I don't need the air conditioner unless it's really hot outside. I always sleep with a blanket, no matter how warm it is in my room. Chris and I never agree on a room temperature - while he is turning down the temperature to 62 degrees, I am waiting for him to turn his back to change it to a higher temperature. I am usually the one sleeping in sweats all year long. Not anymore! Our roles have changed. A few times now HE is the one saying he's cold, while I'm sweating up a storm. I can be home watching television and all of a sudden I feel this heat rise upon me. I no longer sleep in sweats, it's down to just a bra and underwear for me now.
